Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • During busy periods, sales, or new launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): Typically delivers within 3–7 business days after your order has been processed. We currently only ship within the United States.
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): If available at checkout, typically delivers within 2–3 business days after processing.

Please note that all delivery time frames are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your U.S. location, chosen shipping method, and order size.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available for your selected shipping method).
  • Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after you receive your tracking number.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, redelivery may require an additional shipping fee.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is in the carrier’s control.
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or significantly delayed packages caused by the carrier. However, we will do our best to help you work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will review your claim and work with you on a solution in line with our Refund Policy.
